Russia - Intl uranium enrichment center to start working by year-end.

ANGARSK, Irkutsk Region, March 22 (Itar-Tass) - The International Center for Uranium Enrichment will start operating in Angarsk by the year-end, said on Thursday head of the Russian delegation at the Rosatom-IAEA talks Nikolai Spassky after a seminar, attended by representatives of the Russian Federal Agency for Nuclear Energy and a delegation of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
