Benchmarking - Knowledge Retention and Transfer

Knowledge Retention and Transfer, sometimes called Knowledge Capture, is critical for todays utility groups succeed. No matter what group (Operations, I&C, Maintenance, Engineering...) you belong to, loss of human capital is the number one challange facing our industry.
