Compliance Issue 3

Compliance Issue 3 – Section 2.02 makes ” the long-standing practice of letting the wives select the meeting place” a bylaws violation.  To comply with this requirement the BOD should at least document in the minutes their approval of the wives’ suggested meeting place.

Why do we need to document this? I do not think that the wives should have anything to do with the bylaws of PROS. We may indirectly listen to their opinion, but this does not need to be documented in any minutes in my opinion.
