PSC to investigate Entergy power pact, transmission system
The Arkansas Public Service Commission begins an investigation today into Energy Arkansas’ cost-sharing agreement with Entergy Corp. subsidiaries and the parent company’s reluctance to share its transmission grid with other electricity providers.
